An update on the most current ways to start a healthy habit and keep it!


WE can all think sometimes we have the best remedy for a problem or even the best way of tackling a problem. With that being assumed, half the work is done- you don't like something and you are wiling to fix it. But we have all run into the "New Year's Resolution" culture that just deliver on our beautiful ambitious goals. This could possibly be the "last time" you didn't hold true to your own words. Here is a list of most successful ways to start and continue a healthy habit...

1. Set an obtainable and specif goal

2. Plan your start date for success

3. Think long term

4. Use visual/mental reminders (i.e. calendars, vision boards, meditation)

5. Plan a big reward

6. Don't be hard on yourself (if you are not successful for one day, remember that's only one day)

7. Remember small steps will equal a big win

8. Believe in yourself (the ultimate mantra for all endeavors :-)
