Your guide to the perfect at home manicure.
First, let's get into it!

1. Nail and hand prep: DO NOT SKIP THIS PART IF YOU WANT LONG WEAR! I REPEAT, DON'T NOT SKIP THIS PART! With any simple nail kit from the store (that includes in it: buffer/file, brush, wooden cuticle push stick, and divider sponge), some remover, and a pointed nail file- soak your hands and nails until soft, buffer, clean cuticles, and remove all oils and old polish.
2. Apply thin layers of your preferred polish (GEL IS ADVISED) from cuticle bed to tip and swipe a very small amount across the tips to cover edges and seal all the polish together.
3. REPEAT LAST STEP UNTIL THE SURFACE OF THE NAILS ARE SMOOTH AND OPAQUE. (Normally no more than three coats)
4. Add too thin layers of top coat and seal across as mentioned in step two.
5. DRY THE NAILS!
WHY IS GEL PREFERRED?
Gel has a very small bit of dry time in between each layer. With a dry time of up to 1 minute for each nail, your dry time is cut down to about 30 minutes for this type of nail polish.
HOW LONG DOES THIS MANICURE LAST?
My home gel manicure can last me up to two weeks. However, if I was very active with my hands around the time, my nails are more chips. But that is reality even with tough acrylic or poly-gel rough play could chip the polish or -even worse- break your real nail and false one.
I have almost never got a regular polish manicure to last longer than about four days.
ARE YOU SURE THIS WORKS?
Yes, I get compliment all the time on my home manicures- mainly from naturally nail wearers who also love a well done manicure- short ans chic. I also spent- or shall I say wasted- enough time and money at the nail salon to learn exactly who to do my home. Putting their combined tip and techniques
helped me discover my formula to the best at home manicure.
