Ingredients:
Scallions or green onions
1 teaspoon of oil
1 tomato (diced)
1 strip of bacon (diced)
3 long carrots (diced)
1/2 cup mushrooms
salt
pepper
lemon pepper seasoning
lemon juice
honey
Cooking Instructions
Step 1. Start the oil, onions, bacon, and carrots together in a 9 inch pan on medium heat
Step 3: Season the mixture with salt and pepper
Step 2: Add tomatoes, zucchini, and mushrooms to the pan
Step 3: Add in the remainder of spices while cooking at a medium high heat for 5-7 minutes
Step 5: Once the vegetables are all steaming, add lemon juice and honey
Step 6: Enjoy this delicious recipe!
