Materials:

My favorite yoga

Mat aromatherapy candle/ oil mister

Comfortable clothing (or none)


Space:

Zinful music if possible

Clean (bed made and no mess in sight)

Organized

Room to move and relax


Body Awareness:

Finding areas that need the most love

Getting a good breathing rythym


Routine:

If I do not do my own freestyle of poses I follow something new on YouTube

TIP: It is awesome to try a new instructor each time if you can to stay diverse and but also remember to search for videos at your level as well. For example: if you want to work on flexibility and your a beginner with only five minutes- try searching "five minute yoga flexibility beginner."


When doing my own poses, I normally do moves that help ease my problem areas. Those are my back and shoulders. I do not to neglect to stretch my entire, just give those areas two more stretches or on the back and shoulders.
