Make a realistic work out plan
You're more like to meet the goal when it's attainable. While progressing step by step you will be appreciative of the journey.
Understand that this is a lifestyle change
Once you have the mind set of a healthy forever changing your habits will be a little intimidating. However, when you always eat healthy a slip up does not damage your confidence and progress like a diet.
Encourage yourself with a reward
Rewards are the rainbow at the end of the tunnel. If you apply the reward concept to your plan it may motivate you even more. Maybe a shopping spree or nice dinner will do it.
Make a vision board for your body goals
Sometimes visuals can be constant reminders and aspiring.
Find a healthy food and exercise blog and check it actively
Start aggressively toward your goal
Strike while the iron is hot and don't wait on a start date. Once you feel inspired or motivated start to workout and diet that day. Your passion will show in the gym.
Add more difficulty or frequency as you progress
If you are no longer challenged, switch it up!
Take a break when you need it
Breaks do not exist in diets.Luckily in lifestyles, they do.
When sore, swap a workout for a long walk or strength training yoga
Try not to look at the scale, only acknowledge visible body changes
Knowing that we are successful in losing a few pounds may make cheating more appealing and acceptable.
Workout around the same time everyday (a good tip is before you shower)
Keep a water bottle near to keep hydrated
It's okay to skip a day or two but never stop because this is your new life!
